Fellowship applications are accepted each year from October 1 through February 1.
To be eligible to apply, candidates must:
Licensing and Certification
Be eligible for an unrestricted Alabama Medical License and DEA Certification.
Educational Degree
Be a MD or DO
Specialty Training
Be a family medicine resident graduate
Citizenship Status
Be a U.S. citizen
