Dr. Amerson is a Geriatric Medicine Fellow at the University of Alabama College of Community Health Sciences. She is from Phenix City, Alabama. She attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham for her undergraduate studies and UAB Heersink School of Medicine for medical school. Following medical school, she completed her residency at The University of Alabama Tuscaloosa Family Medicine Residency Program. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, gardening, and spending time with her family.
