RURAL PUBLIC PSYCHIATRY

This fellowship is a yearlong program for physicians who have completed an accredited psychiatry residency. The goal of the Rural Public Psychiatry Fellowship is to provide administrative training and public psychiatry experience for psychiatrists interested in practicing or serving in a community setting. Fellows spend two days a week at a rural site in Alabama and complete rotations in Tuscaloosa. For more information, click here or contact fellowship director, Dr. Marisa Giggie.
